Hey. I have a question.
If a minor runs away from home and to a different state, and another minor in that state houses him, would it be considered a crime? If it is, what would the punishment be and would it be a felon or misdemeanor?

For example, lets say the San Francisco giants called up a catcher from the minor leagues. He plays for a month, then they send him back down to the minor leagues. How much does he get payed for that month that he played in the Major leagues.

I’m 2 years into my broadcasting degree, and I need to start thinking about a minor… I want to work in audio/radio production, but I don’t know what minor would accompany that best! I’ve considered communications, music business, business, and a whole bunch of others. I’ve got internships lined up with some radio stations in the upcoming year as well to get some more experience under my belt…

Thanks in advance for advice!

What minor league players are going to be impact players next year? Someone who is known but is either in the minors or wont qulify as a rookie this year. In my fantasy baseball keeper league we can carry over any non-rookie to the next year. So last year I’d be able to carry over Evan Longoria. They’ll also have to be able to play and be productive next season. Any suggestions?

Players get called up from the minor leagues and sent back down just like in baseball. However, some of the minor leagues in hockey are actually considered semi-professional leagues. Were leagues such as the AHL and ECHL established independently of the NHL and they have some sort of transfer agreement for players? How exactly does it work?

Hey everyone,

What exactly does minoring in something do to benefit you? Can you get a career in the field of your minor if the field of your major doesn’t work out? For example if someone majored in science and minored in music, but didn’t like what the science field offered after graduation, could they pursue a field in music from their minor?

Here is the case : Minor designs a product and an adult promises to give the minor 50% of profits from that product. The minor does not need to do anything anymore and only the adult needs to do something – pay the minor a percentage.

The problems I’ve seen relating to contracts with minors is that the minor can void the contract and not be bounded by it , but here in this case the minor has nothing to void since the adult just promised to pay 50% of profits and the minor didn’t promise to do anything.

I am currently an undergraduate freshman at a particular university. Unfortunately, my major doesn’t provide much flexibility and therefore it is very difficult to obtain a minor. Additionally, my school does not accept transfer credit other than AP tests, etc. I would like to minor in business, preferably by taking classes in a school near my hometown over the summer. Would this be possible?

Im a Biology Major, and I’m trying to decide whether or not pursuing and spending a portion of my time in a minor is worth it. Would not having a minor hurt my chances? I feel like having the extra work of pursuing a minor would hurt my GPA, in that I wouldn’t spend enough time on the other subjects that matter more…
